Fergal is head of the RDJ Healthcare Unit in the Munster area. He acts for both public health systems and private health systems instructed by both the State Claims Agency Clinical Indemnity Scheme and private insurers such as Allianz, Travelers Insurance Company (formerly St. Pauls) , Berkshire Hathaway representing both public and private hospitals from Wexford south to Cork and west to Limerick and all points in between.
