Position
Uilliam is practising as part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He advises both Irish and London based insurers and reinsurers in the areas of professional indemnity insurance, property claims, product liability and policy disputes. Uilliam also advises insurers and corporate clients on all aspects of media and entertainment litigation including defamation and contempt of court.
