Heidi focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising both corporate and private equity clients in a wide range of private M&A and public M&A transactions, distressed M&A and other corporate arrangements. In addition, she advises clients in corporate law and corporate governance questions.

Heidi acted as the secretary to the working group preparing the revised Helsinki Takeover Code that entered into force in 2014.
