Jakob Krogsøe specialises in tax law and has extensive experience conducting legal proceedings on direct and indirect taxes, including VAT. Jakob is one of the leading lawyers in this area in Denmark.

He has worked for the past 26 years conducting legal proceedings on direct and indirect taxes and has conducted a high number of cases before all court instances, including the Court of Justice of the European Union. Many of these cases have been of general public importance. Jakob has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of the Danish Association of Supreme Court Litigators.

Jakob in particular conducts cases for Danish and international enterprises on business and corporation taxation, including transfer pricing. In addition, Jakob is highly experienced conducting cases on VAT and other indirect taxes.

Jakob’s track record places him among the very best in the country.

In addition to assisting on civil tax proceedings, Jakob also has extensive experience conducting criminal proceedings on issues pertaining to direct and indirect taxes as well as advising on cases regarding direct or indirect taxes referred to us for a liability assessment.
