Guadalupe has experience in advising private clients, with a particular focus on cross-border issues regarding tax residence and estate planning. In her 20 years of experience, she has advised numerous foreign private clients on their relocation to Spain, as well as on the structuring of their assets and on the review of existing structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc., in order to organise them efficiently and plan their generational transmission via donations or inheritance.
