Position

Partner. Martinsen focuses particularly on technology companies and companies with technology as their primary value proposition. He works with companies in all phases of their lifecycle, including startups, companies needing financing – both equity and loan capital – companies undergoing financial restructuring and all forms of exit and sales processes.

His experience of the various phases a company undergoes has also given him an in-depth understanding of the different aspects that must be taken into account in each one. In addition to M&A processes, Martinsen has helped clients with all kinds of IT services, from basic service and support to the procurement of advanced IT systems.

Martinsen is keen to gain a fundamental understanding of each client’s business and establish good cooperative relations with them. That is why he always keeps an eye on the underlying drivers in every case and tries to highlight the value of good interactions between contract partners rather than focusing exclusively on negotiating tactics. Martinsen is highly service minded and puts the client’s need for fast follow-up high on his list of priorities. He adapts quickly to new situations and is always on hand to provide flexible and effective assistance.
