Career
Elizabeth advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general corporate/commercial law matters for Irish and international clients. She has particular experience and expertise in transactions in the insurance and financial services sectors, energy, technology and food sectors.
