Geoff is our Managing Partner. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity.
Career
He has transactional experience across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus in recent years on the healthcare / pharma and financial services sectors. He has advised on many of the largest and most high profile M&A deals in Irish corporate history and is recognised as one of the country’s leading corporate lawyers by each of Chambers Global/Europe, The Legal 500, IFLR and Who’s Who Legal.
Previously, Geoff practised in the Corporate Finance Group of a leading New York firm.
