The team’s experience covers a wide range of mandates, namely the structuring of PPPs and M&A transactions involving transport, hospital, prison, toll road, wastewater, renewables and oil-and-gas projects. Leadership of the practice is shared between Javier Arreola, Vanessa Franyutti and Alejandro Rojas.
