Career

Vanessa Franyutti is a founding partner of Nader Hayaux Goebel with more than 20 years of experience advising developers, sponsors, investment funds, financial institutions, and national and multinational companies on sophisticated infrastructure, energy, real estate, and public-private partnership transactions.

Her practice focuses on the structuring, development, acquisition, financing, and execution of large-scale projects across energy, roads, social infrastructure, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. Vanessa advises clients throughout the project lifecycle, including joint ventures, investments, acquisitions, financing, construction, operation, and exit strategies, and has extensive experience negotiating EPC, construction, concession, O&M, and financing agreements. She also advises on regulatory frameworks and stakeholder coordination for complex infrastructure projects.
