Ben acts exclusively for claimants who have suffered life-changing injuries of the utmost severity, including neuro-trauma, fatalitiesbrain injuriesamputations, spinal cord injuriesdisfiguring burns and other severe personal injuries.

Ben has a special interest in early rehabilitation and adapted accommodation issues for the seriously injured, particularly those with severe brain injuries, paraplegia or tetraplegia, and on behalf of his clients pursues insurers for initial compensation payments from the outset to establish effective care and therapy regimes, and to secure appropriate housing.

He regularly contributes to the national media on issues concerning health and safety, corporate or gross negligence manslaughter, and the calculation of compensation awards for catastrophic injuries. He has written for The Times, various legal journals, and appeared on the BBC. In recent years he has been quoted in a range of diverse publications including the Evening Standard, Mail, The Times, Mirror and the New York Post, along with legal publications such as Legal Futures, the Law Society Gazette and the Solicitors Journal.
