Career
Rob is a highly experienced catastrophic injury solicitor, specialising in all aspects of serious injury claims. He is head of Major Trauma at the firm.
Qualified as a solicitor for some 30 years, Rob acts exclusively for Claimants. His cases involve injuries of the utmost severity such as amputation cases involving upper and lower limbs, brachial plexus injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple orthopaedic injuries and fatal accidents. He has vast experience in dealing with accidents arising out of road traffic accidents (particularly accidents involving motorcyclists and cyclists), accidents at work and injuries arising from clinical negligence.
Rob’s first priority in any case is to assist where possible with any financial and rehabilitation needs, benefits and housing. He will then assemble the best medical and legal team to help pursue your claim for damages. He deals with multi-million pound claims having achieved numerous awards at this level for clients.
The firm is a Major Trauma Signposting Partnership Approved Legal Partner and Rob regularly sees clients at St Georges’ Hospital in London.
Memberships
He is an accredited Senior Litigator and an Advanced Specialist in the field of Fatal Accidents with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Rob was also previously appointed by the Law Society as an assessor on the Law Society Catastrophic Injury Accreditation Panel (an accreditation scheme for specialist solicitors in this field). He is also ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories.
Rob is Co-Founder, Trustee and Treasurer of FABIS (Friends of Acquired Brain Injury Survivors) assisting brain injured people in the West Sussex area with funding for support groups and assisted holidays.
Leisure
In his spare time Rob is a keen road cyclist and can be seen in the Surrey Hills most weekends. He also enjoys watching his children play various competitive sports.
