In January 2024, following the dissolution of Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, Antonio Belvedere founded Belvedere & Partners alongside ‘really outstanding lawyer’ Matteo Peverati and the ’very knowledgable’ Simone Pisani. Drawing on extensive expertise in the real estate sector, the team is well-placed to advise on zoning and planning, construction and infrastructure, and logistics projects. Other key members of the team include Riccardo Marletto, an expert in urban planning, and Vivianna Cavarra, who specialises in public and private procurement. Francesco Boetto is another key contact, alongside Claudio Romani. In 2024, Veronica Vitello joined as head of corporate real estate in June, and Maria Grazia Lanero and Emilio Ciccarino joined from Gianni & Origoni in October.
