Partner

Francesco Boetto is a Partner at BLV – Belvedere & Partners, a position he has held since the firm's foundation. His practice focuses on administrative law, with particular expertise in urban planning and construction, environmental law, public procurement, commercial regulation, and real estate law.

He advises leading real estate companies, investment funds, construction firms, private clients and public authorities, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He assists clients on real estate development and urban regeneration projects, as well as broader land management initiatives, covering all aspects of negotiated programming, urban planning (including implementing plans), building compliance, and permitting procedures across construction, environmental, cultural heritage and landscape matters, as well as the award of works contracts and concessions.

He has also developed significant experience in real estate law, advising clients on the acquisition, disposal and income-producing management of a wide range of property assets, as well as on their transformation, including the drafting and negotiation of the related agreements.
