Co-Managing Partner

Matteo Peverati is Co-Managing Partner of BLV – Belvedere & Partners, a position he has held since the firm's foundation. His practice focuses on administrative law, with particular expertise in urban planning and construction, environmental law, public procurement, and real estate law.

He advises leading real estate companies, investment funds, construction firms, private clients, and public authorities, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. His work spans real estate development and urban regeneration projects, as well as broader land management initiatives, including public-private partnerships (PPP). He handles all aspects of negotiated programming, urban planning (including implementing plans), building compliance, permitting procedures (construction, environmental, cultural heritage and landscape), and the award of works contracts and concessions under public procurement rules.

He has also developed significant experience in real estate law, advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and income-producing management of property assets, as well as on their transformation, with a focus on drafting and negotiating the related agreements.

Alongside his legal practice, he contributes to several specialist publications and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on current issues in administrative and real estate law.

He is regularly listed in leading national and international legal directories, including Legal 500 and Chambers, for which he authors the Italian chapter "An Introduction to Public Law: Zoning & Planning".
