Founder and Managing Senior Partner

Antonio Belvedere is the Founder and Managing Senior Partner of BLV – Belvedere & Partners, based at Piazza Duse, Milan, where the firm has been established since 1975. He is widely regarded as one of Italy's leading experts in administrative law and real estate law.

Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international operators on major real estate development and investment transactions, covering both public law aspects (urban planning and construction, environment and landscape, compulsory purchase, retail and public services regulations) and private law matters (acquisitions, disposals, construction contracts, and asset management).

He has extensive experience in contentious proceedings before both administrative and civil courts, acting for private clients and public authorities alike.

A recognised authority in his fields, he is the author of numerous publications and a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on administrative law and real estate. He has served on scientific and legislative committees for the drafting of legislation in the field of urban planning and construction.

In recognition of his commitment to promoting urban green initiatives, in 2025 he was appointed Honorary Member of Green City Italia.
