Maria Grazia Lanero is a Partner at BLV – Belvedere & Partners, having joined the firm in October 2024 from Gianni & Origoni, where she established the administrative and urban planning practice of the Milan office, which she subsequently led as partner.

She is a recognised expert in real estate law and administrative law, with particular focus on construction, infrastructure, urban planning and building law.

She advises domestic and international clients on major development, transformation and urban regeneration projects, including through project financing structures.

She has also frequented specialist courses in real estate law and project finance at SDA Bocconi, Milan, and served as an assistant lecturer in urban planning and administrative law at the University of Genoa Faculty of Law.

She is regularly recognised in leading national and international legal directories. Chambers describes her as a distinguished lawyer at the forefront of the administrative and zoning law market
