M&A deals form a key area of instruction, however the team's workload includes advising on the corporate finance aspects relating to large-scale renewable energy projects and cross-border joint ventures. Toomas Prangli, Piret Jesse, Karin Madisson and Mirell Prosa are the quartet at the helm of the practice; Prosa is a key contact for start-up clients. Robin Teever is well versed in handling mandates from clients in the defence sector, and Triin Ploomipuu is a name to note for M&A transactions. Lauri Liivat left the firm in July 2025.
