Mirell assists clients in a wide range of matters ranging from corporate, intellectual property and venture capital to M&A. She advocates for the development of the sector on a national scale.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀. She has been an active member of the Estonian startup community for years, starting as a team member of the sTARTUp Day business festival as a student. As the head of the firm’s startup team in Estonia and the co-head of the regional team, Mirell is committed to creating a supportive environment for startups to grow in Estonia and advocating for important legislative changes. Mirell has extensive experience advising startups and their investors on various legal matters, including assisting internationally known clients like Bolt, Veriff and Sunly with their fundraising rounds.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Mirell has been a member and board member of several voluntary organisations and initiatives, including AIESEC Tartu, the University of Tartu Marketing Club and the University of Tartu Student Council. She also serves as leader of the Global Shapers Community in Tallinn, an international network of young people driving dialogue and change.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. As a student at the University of Tartu, Mirell was one of the core founders of the OLE ROHKEM lifestyle brand and the Tartu University Student Foundation. Her team aimed to create a developing environment for all university students in Tartu. This allowed them to influence thousands of students to be more active during their studies, bring together a network of student organisations and establish a development programme for all student organisations. Mirell led the foundation for two years. This now helps her understand clients who lead an organisation.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. Being keen to obtain as many varied experiences as possible, Mirell interned at Tartu county court, the Police and Border Guard Board’s South prefecture, and law firm Derling and Jesse & Kalaus Attorneys, where she also worked as a lawyer.
