As the head of the Defence sector group in Estonia and a Counsel in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Employment practice, Robin Teever is always ready to maintain an eagle’s eye view of all aspects of a transaction, in line with client needs.

𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲. On a daily basis Robin advises clients on Corporate and M&A matters. In addition, having a detailed understanding of the real estate & construction, as well as the finance & insurance sector, he is able to support our clients with well-rounded advice in various legal matters.

𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹. In transactions Robin is dedicated to keeping an eagle’s eye view on all aspects of a case and making sure they align with the client’s needs. He places special emphasis on separating the important from the unimportant.

𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀. Throughout the years, he has been involved in advising numerous landmark M&A cases, including some of the most complex and demanding ones. He has advised clients on some of the biggest exits on the Estonian market, as well as on landmark investments, helping clients reach unicorn status.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁. Robin takes great interest in shareholder relations and other matters relating to corporate structures. He is ready to help clients in various company law questions, as well as more detailed matters, such as establishing joint ventures. He is also one of the co-authors of the ‘’Company Law Handbook’’ published by the Estonian leading business daily Äripäev.
