Having notable expertise in the field of construction and real estate, Piret has the privilege to be characterised by clients as “one of the leading legal minds in real estate law, displaying a remarkable sense for detecting and foreseeing risks”. In addition to advising several large construction and real estate companies she has acted as expert and mediator in construction-related disputes.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘄. As part of her mission, Piret contributes to better law making as a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association. She also serves as an expert member of the Estonian Ministry of Justice’s Company Law Review Committee, which aims to reform the country’s company law. In addition, Piret stand for the proper balance in protection of all company stakeholders and has published several articles on the topic.

𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁. Piret Jesse has taught corporate law at the University of Tartu for several years and has also been lecturing at corporate and M&A seminars, conferences and training courses. As a team leader she is dedicated to creating a working environment that maximizes the performance and happiness of our highly talented people.
