As a counsel with our Corporate and M&A practice and a regional co-head of the Private Equity & Venture Capital as well as head of the sector group in Estonia, her primary focus is on advising M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Triin Ploomipuu also has an extensive experience in advising matters concerning real estate.
