Golodner served on the panel with a leading technologist and discussed issues relating to the Dark Web, IOT, the Cloud, Encryption and Quantum Computing, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. They set out the technical underpinnings of these technologies, the technical and legal issues they raised, identified specific legal challenges, and talked about approaches to understand, address and move though the new legal and technical challenges. In sum, understanding the technology and what's really happening with it is key to understanding the legal issues.
