HEADLINES

" President Trump at 9 p.m. Monday is scheduled to announce his nominee to replace Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

" Tuesday, Trump leaves for Europe for high-profile meetings with NATO leaders, followed by a visit to the United Kingdom.

" The House and Senate return from July 4 recess.

HOUSE

  • The House plans to vote Tuesday through Friday. The legislative agenda includes the Intelligence Authorization Act and several regulatory reform bills; leaders also plan to take up a narrow immigration bill focused on family separations at the U.S.-Mexico border.
