edition of the Guide to Construction Arbitration,
published by Global arbitration Review.
The guide brings together both the substantive and procedural
sides of construction arbitration in one volume. It has been
written by leaders in the field from both the civil and common law
worlds and other relevant professions.
The first Debevoise chapter, authored by Tony Dymond, Gavin
Chesney and Laith Najjar, explores
