REGELING INTERNATIONAAL HANDELSVERKEER

Per 1 juli 2017 is de Regeling Internationaal handelsverkeer ('de Regeling') in werking getreden. De Regeling is een voortzetting van de pilot Kennisindustrie en maakt het mogelijk om buitenlandse arbeidskrachten via een flexibele procedure tijdelijk naar Nederland te laten komen in het kader van het internationale handelsverkeer. Bedrijven kunnen van deze regeling gebruikmaken, indien zij aantonen dat de arbeidskrachten die zij willen laten overkomen vanwege hun specifieke kennis en deskundigheid nodig zijn voor het uitoefenen van de specifieke werkzaamheden. Deze werkzaamheden mogen niet concurreren met het arbeidsaanbod uit Nederland, de Europese Economische Ruimte en Zwitserland.
