Second Shareholder Rights Directive ("SRD II")

The EU (Shareholders' Rights) Regulations 2020 (the "Regulations") are in force, which transpose SRD II into Irish law. SRD II amends the existing Shareholders' Rights Directive (2007/36/EC).
