RÉDEFINITION DES CRITÈRES DE L'OFFRE RAISONNABLE D'EMPLOI (ORE)

Pour rappel, le demandeur d'emploi inscrit à France Travail définit dans son contrat d'engagement, les éléments constitutifs de l'ORE qu'il s'engage à accepter. Ces éléments comprennent la nature et les caractéristiques de l'emploi ou des emplois recherchés, la zone géographique privilégiée et le salaire attendu.

Le décret n° 2025-252 du 20 mars 2025, publié au Journal officiel du 21 mars 2025, précise que la zone géographique désormais définie dans le cadre de l'ORE est limitée au sein du territoire national et que le salaire attendu dans ce cadre est défini en cohérence avec le salaire normalement pratiqué pour l'emploi ou les emplois recherchés dans cette zone.
