2023년 6월 12일, 중국 국가지식산권국(CNIPA) 등 9개 부처는 공동으로 ‘베이징시 중관춘의 국가 자주혁신시범구 및 과학기술혁신금융개혁시범구 건설에 대한 총체적 방안'을 발표함
동 방안은 혁신 주도의 개발 전략을 구현하는 중관춘의 시범적 역할을 강화하고 베이징을 국제 과학기술 혁신의 중심으로 형성하는 것을 가속화하기 위해 총 7가지 중점임무와 그 세부조치를 제안함
5년 이내에 과학기술 혁신을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 금융 메커니즘을 구축하기 위해 노력하고 과학기술혁신금융개혁시범구내에 다양한 과학기술 혁신 금융의 조직, 상품 및 서비스, 정책 지원 등의 체계를 점진적으로 수립 및 개선하며 국가 최고의 과학기술 금융 개발 환경을 형성함
