広州知識産権法院（知財裁判所）は今年1〜11月に1万3046件の知的財産権事件を受理し、前年同期に比べて0.5％増加した。結審件数は4.69％増の1万2600件、一人の裁判官が平均して457件を結審した。訴訟前の調停が成立した件数は3196件、同35.14％増加した。
専利（特許、実用新案、意匠）保護の強化に向けて、同裁判所は行為保全、挙証妨害、懲罰的賠償などの制度を活用し、情報通信や人工知能、新素材、新エネルギー、植物新品種などの分野に重点を置いて裁判活動に注力している。1〜11月、各種の専利権紛争事件を9970件結審し、前年同期比で72.43％増加した。
1〜11月の商標権紛争事件の結審件数は前年同期比14.44％増の729件で、この中の2件は中国裁判所知的財産権典型的事例50件に入選している。不正競争紛争事件は145件結審し、同3.57％増加し、著作権紛争事件は1323件結審し、同73.87％減少した。また、同裁判所は迅速裁判チームの整備と技術調査室の活用にも取り組んでいる。1〜11月の一審迅速裁判事件の結審数は前年同期比78.39％増の1486件、技術調査室が受理した件数は同23.26％増の1150件であった。
