中国商務部はこのほど、「中国営業秘密保護特別規定（意見募集稿）」を公表し、広く意見を募集している。意見の提出期限は2026年11月24日。
同部は、国家の主権・安全・発展上の利益を守り、中国の権利者の正当な権益を保護するため、「中華人民共和国対外貿易法」などの関連法令に基づいて同規定案を起草した。
意見は、2026年11月24日までにファクス、電子メールまたは書簡で提出できる。提出先は以下のとおり。
