北京市知識産権局は最近、市著作権局など18部門と共同で、「知的財産権サービス業の質の高い発展を加速させるための実施案」を制定し、公表した。
この「実施案」では、2030年までの知的財産権サービス業の発展に関して、その成果の向上、国際化の促進、公共サービスの強化、業界の発展環境の改善に向けた具体的な目標が設定されている。
また、優良なサービス供給、国際交流協力の深化、人材育成の促進、発展環境の最適化などの5つの面で、21項目の具体的な任務が明確にされた。これにより、業界全体の品質向上に対する具体的な道筋が示されている。
同時に、組織指導、政策支持、監督評価の3つの面から組織的な保障を強化することも提案されている。この「実施案」は、業界の質の高い発展に向けたトップダウン設計が行われたもので、北京市の知的財産権サービス業の発展を強力に支えることが期待されている。
