最近、広州市が国家知識財産権局が正式に中国（広州）知的財産権保護センタの設立を批准した。設立した後、先端的な装置製造業と新材料産業に向けて知的財産権の快速協同保護作業を開始する。
データによると、2019年、広州市の特許登録件数が10.5万件であり、前年より16.7％増加した。その中、発明特許登録が1.2万件であり、前年より13％増加した。また、全市の有効な発明特許は5.8万件があり、前年より20.8%増加し、有効な登録商標は125万件があり、前年より32％増加した。
今年以来、広州市は「全種類、全チェーン、多ルート、多主体」の知的財産権保護システムに引き続き注力している。今年5月に、広州市市場監督管理局は『知的財産権「放管服」改革の深め、商業営業環境の最適化の実施に関する意見』を発行・印刷し、全市で知的財産権補助金のオンライン申請の実現、広州市開発区、越秀区、天河区などの知的財産権サービス業の発展にサポートし、試行モデル区を発展する。
