2024年、中国における著作権登録の総数が1063万件を超え、前年比19.13%増となったことが国家版権局の発表で明らかになった。この大幅な伸びは、中国の著作権関連分野の活発な成長を示す重要な成果である。
作品著作権登録においては、各地の版権局および中国版権保護センターの統計によれば、2024年の登録件数は780万件を超え、前年比21.39%増という大幅な増加を記録した。特に、美術作品の登録件数が全体の54.92%を占めており、最多の登録数を示している。
一方、コンピュータソフトウェア著作権の登録については、昨年の登録件数は約283万件で、前年比13.31%増となった。地域別では、広東が全国首位を占め、28万件以上を登録しており、全体の10%を占める結果となった。
さらに、著作権質権登録に関しては、昨年の登録件数が432件となり、前年比5.11%の増加を示した。これらのデータは、中国における著作権の管理および活用が多方面で進展していることを裏付けている。
