Local government, planning environment and licensing: advising on and/or attending public inquiries in relation to residential, commercial, agricultural and leisure developments; South Gloucestershire Council waste and mineral local plan; West Wiltshire D C Local Plan – housing, employment and recreational issues; Exeter City Council Local Plan Inquiry – employment, housing and landscape; Gloucestershire Waste Local Plan; advising/attending inquiries in relation to listed buildings and conservation areas; telecommunication mast appeals; rights of way inquiries; enforcement notice appeals; Magistrates and Crown Court trials in relation to: planning and environmental issues, including successful tree preservation order prosecution. Family: particular interest in care work and has wide experience of lengthy cases including non-accidental injury allegations, and sexual abuse involving parents with psychiatric and psychological problems.
