Regulatory practice is   focused on health and safety (primarily fatal accidents in the workplace, major incidents, fire safety, and safety in elite sports and stadia). Prosecuting and defending in a broad range of regulatory cases and representing interested parties and core participants at inquests/public inquiries. Advising regulatory authorities generally on matters of enforcement; advising corporate and individual clients on broad range of regulatory compliance. Licensing expertise encompasses all forms of licensable activities including liquor and entertainment, late night refreshment, sports venues, gambling (terrestrial   and internet), television, firearms, street trading and charities. Providing advice to licensing authorities and all sectors of the leisure and sports industries nationally. Appearing on behalf of applicants, responsible authorities and interested parties before local authorities and  courts throughout England and Wales including applications for judicial review.
