Nathan is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team and Head of Property Litigation. With more than 13 years’ experience, he advises on the full spectrum of commercial and residential property disputes for a wide range of clients, including private companies of all sizes, charities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, rural estates, farming enterprises, and private individuals.
Nathan’s practice spans both contentious and non‑contentious property matters. He is known for delivering clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice, always tailored to the specific needs and pressures of the people and organisations he represents.
Nathan regularly advises on residential property issues such as tenancy disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants and neighbourly matters, as well as complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes. He also maintains a specialist practice supporting rural estates and agricultural businesses, drawing on extensive experience in this niche sector.
His work covers both active litigation and the crucial pre‑action stage, where he focuses on early intervention, de‑escalation and resolving disputes before they become entrenched.
