He specialises in particular in estates with a cross-border element. He advises on Court of Protection matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and Statutory Wills. Tom also advises on contentious matters such as disputes over validity of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.

She has gained expertise in some more of the unusual or complex areas such as unregistered land and property, adverse possession, granting new leases, lease extensions, sales of development plots and barn conversions and overage provisions. Harriet utilises her background and knowledge from growing up on her family farm in Wardington to benefit her clients. She is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Her particular expertise is supporting clients within the transport, food and drink, hospitality and leisure industry sectors. With over 20 years working in the legal industry, she boasts an excellent record in employment tribunals. .  She has been involved in successfully fighting a variety of claims, including complex discrimination claims, unfair dismissal and Agency Workers Regulations claims. Example of recent workload: conducting large scale collective redundancy exercises; advising on high profile executive severances; implementing disciplinary and grievance procedures; advising on long term sick absences; advising on TUPE in relation to the acquisition of a business. She regularly delivers training in person and has developed modules for on-line training for induction purposes on a variety of topics including Equality and Diversity. Prior to training as a solicitor, she worked at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and consequently has a particular interest in discrimination law.

Monicka advises on a range of family law issues on the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and separation, financial arrangements on divorce, dissolution or separation, matters relating to children and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Graham works for both local, regional and national clients. Graham prides himself on providing a high level service to clients and providing a client, whether large or small, with clear and concise advice in a timely and personal manner.

Julia is an experienced Solicitor, specialising in Probate, Wills and Trusts within the busy Private Client team. She chose this area of law because of the high degree of client contact. She is easy to talk to and empathetic. Julia advises clients on a range of legal needs from small probate matters to large complex estates. She has administered agricultural estates, obtaining land valuations, reading the partnership accounts, and determining the inheritance tax reliefs to claim. She has subsequently negotiated with HMRC in order to obtain the best outcome for the clients. She has frequently prepared complex estate accounts and income and capital gains tax returns on behalf of executors. Julia also deals with the Land Registry transfer of land and properties to beneficiaries.

He provides pragmatic advice and an efficient service to his clients. Andrew first came to Oxfordshire as an undergraduate at St John’s College, Oxford University. He then spent several years in London working for some of the biggest names in the commercial property industry. During this time he also gained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and completed an Investment Management Certificate (so he would be FCA regulated to manage investments).

Anis has particular expertise in asset finance fraud and urgent delivery up applications and claims against guarantors. With over 24 years’ experience Anis has a wide range of financial litigation experience including acting for lenders in complex mortgage frauds and claims against professionals. He regularly appears in the Business and Property Courts for clients without counsel adding value to their business and cost recoveries. As part of the banking and finance team Anis provides advice to specialist lenders including advice on reviewing security documentation. In addition he supports the Dispute team on defended commercial litigation matters.
