Debt Recovery

Kerry is an experienced Team Leader in the Debt Recovery team dealing with commercial and consumer based pre legal collections, legal proceedings and enforcement including insolvency. She has expertise in processing and providing the Financial Conduct Authority Submissions quarterly.

Kerry has been with the firm for over 10 years and manages a large team of 6 litigation assistants. Kerry and her team look after many corporate clients with large portfolios of debt, including one of the company’s largest clients.

Kerry undertook her Legal Practice Course in Oxford before joining the firm in 2013.

She is an active member of SE-Solicitors Sustainability Action Group, working to improve the sustainability of the business.

Outside of work Kerry enjoys spending time with her family and fitting in fitness whenever she can.
