Position
Annette is a Solicitor and Associate Member of The Property Institute with over 25 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of property related matters, representing freehold landlords, management companies and managing agents in connection with both commercial and residential spaces. Annette also has experience with dealing with wayleave agreements for the installation of broadband apparatus by statutory undertakers.
Career
Prior to joining SE-Solicitors in April 2024, Annette has worked for two Magic Circle law firms and a medium sized regional law firm. Annette spent eight years working closely with property managers at a firm of managing agents dealing with leasehold and company secretarial matters before joining Allsquare Law, part of Cortland UK, one of the UK’s leading residential managing agent Groups.
Personal
Outside of work Annette is a keen gardener and enjoys swimming and being outdoors.
