Career

Robert M. Novick practices in the areas of complex bankruptcy reorganizations, out of court restructurings, and creditors’ rights litigation. He represents traditional and non-conventional lenders, official and ad hoc committees, debtors, and individual creditors (secured and unsecured) in cases under the Bankruptcy Code, related litigation, and out of court restructurings. Mr. Novick has extensive experience in developing and opposing plans of reorganization and restructuring agreements, litigating fraudulent transfer and inter-creditor disputes, and legal issues affecting distressed securities. Mr. Novick also has additional experience in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Novick has been selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers List since 2014.
