Camila has specialized in advising individuals and local and foreign companies on real estate and construction law, as well as various corporate law matters.

She has particularly focused her practice on addressing clients’ daily needs and providing advice on the development of all types of real estate projects. This includes conducting title studies, reviewing and drafting contracts for the sale and lease of urban and rural properties, obtaining permits, project administration and financing, and analyzing and designing legal structures for real estate projects based on applicable urban planning, regulatory, and environmental regulations.

Additionally, she has provided advisory services in preparing bidding documents for construction projects, as well as negotiating, drafting, and managing construction contracts both on a management basis and lump sum, including relationships with contractors and service providers and the preparation of their respective contracts.

Previously, she was part of Aninat Schwencke & Cía., focusing her practice on meeting client needs in the real estate and corporate sectors, as well as preparing relevant documentation.
