Francisco Aninat

Francisco Aninat heads the Business Dispute Resolution practice at Aninat Abogados and has more than 20 years of experience resolving complex disputes. His practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and strategic advice to Chilean and foreign clients. Before joining Aninat Abogados as a partner, he was a partner at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados for more than twelve years. He also spent four years in the United States with the Global Disputes team of the international law firm Jones Day. He is on the panel of arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM) of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G.), and is President of the Financial Affairs Tribunal of the Chilean National Professional Football Association (ANFP).

Andrés Pavón

Andrés Pavón joined Aninat Abogados in 2025 to lead the financial consumer practice, within the Consumer Law group headed by partner Lucas Del Villar. He previously served as Deputy Director of Financial Consumer Affairs at the Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (National Consumer Service, Sernac), where he led financial market oversight (2019–2024). He has extensive experience in voluntary collective proceedings (PVC), class actions, and advising financial institutions and companies on compliance and strategic litigation. He previously served as Head of the Regulatory and Standards Unit at the Consejo para la Transparencia (Transparency Council). He is a professor of Regulatory Theory at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and has taught graduate courses at Universidad de Chile and Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
