Juan Pablo Riesco has been an associate lawyer of Prieto since 2015.

He is part of the Litigation team and part of the Public Law team of Prieto, combining active professional practice and litigation activity. He has 10 years of experience involved in administrative, judicial and regulatory matters and counselling major international and national companies in all they regulated and administrative matters.

He is actively involved in the defense of diverse clients in civil and commercial proceedings before regular and arbitration courts. He has also been legal counsel in proceedings before administrative and regulatory authorities.

Juan Pablo holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2010. He also holds a postgraduate Diploma’s degree in Antitrust, Economy, Law and Regulation at Centro de Libre Competencia de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013. In 2019, he finished a Master of Laws (LL.M), Regulatory mention, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with maximum distinction.

He is also ranked at Legal 500.
