Career
Jorge Granic has been a partner of Larrain y Asociados since 1994.
He is counsel to large mining companies and electricity companies, has extensive experience in the electricity regulation, power purchase agreements, power transmission projects, renewable power projects (hydro, solar and wind), LNG sale and purchase agreement, terminal use agreements, financing, construction and operation of power plants and other large industrial facilities.
He was Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, between 1998 and 1999.
Jorge served for several years as a board member of one of the largest pension fund manager companies in Chile.
