He is author of Beteiligung bei Fahrlässigkeit (Berlin, 2006), Delitos tributarios (Santiago, 2007), Error y mero desconocimiento en derecho penal (Santiago, 2008), Pena y sentido. Estudios de derecho penal (Lima, 2009), Límites de la imputación penal (Bogotá, 2011), La garantía de tipicidad en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional (Santiago, 2011) and of numerous articles about Criminal, Criminal Procedural and Theory of Law. Along with the litigation practice (White Collar Crime, Regulated Markets and the liability rising therefrom), he is Professor of Law at Universidad Católica de Chile and at Universidad de Chile teaching Criminal Law. He teaches also PhD and post degree programs and participates as relator in programs of specialization focused to participants of the Criminal Procedural System in Chile and abroad. He joined Claro & Cia. in 2006.
