Full-service firm Barros & Errázuriz is ’in the top tier of firms in Chile for tax and private client matters’. The 16-member tax law department is houses expertise in corporate taxation, VAT, capital markets, M&A-related tax issues, international taxation and inheritance tax. In relation to private clients, the team acts for wealthy Chilean and international family offices; and its broad sector expertise ranges from construction, engineering, real estate, telecoms and energy, to ports, investment funds, education, food, logistics, and pharmaceuticals (among others).
