Karole is a partner of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He specialises in corporate insolvency and restructuring. His work includes advising on liquidations, receiverships, examinerships and schemes of arrangement. Karole regularly acts for insolvency professionals, creditors, directors, shareholders and potential investors. He also has significant experience in advocacy before the Irish courts.

Karole joined the Maples Group in 2013, having previously practised at the Irish Bar where his practice included litigation and advice work for a varied range of clients.
