Work highlights

Acting for the joint official liquidators of Spencer Dock Development Company Limited and other companies in liquidation that formed part of the Treasury Holdings group, which are defendants in complex construction defect litigation in the High Court, involving 600 approx. parties, in which the damages claim is approx. €60m.
Acting as special foreign counsel for the Official Committee of Opioid Claimants of Endo International plc (OCC) in respect of a large debt restructuring, which involved Chapter 11 restructuring proceedings in the US, and acting as Irish counsel to the OCC in respect of a scheme of arrangement in Ireland which formed part of the overall restructuring of Endo's liabilities.
