With a particularly active financial services practice, Maples Group is home to a highly experienced disputes team, which is well-equipped to act in commercial real estate litigation, professional liability disputes, tax disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement work. Robin McDonnell leads the group, and Alan O’Sullivan is noted for his banking litigation work, insolvency and restructuring expertise, and knowledge of shareholder disputes and commercial property matters.
