McCarthy Tétrault houses a full-spectrum environmental law practice, which routinely acts for a varied mix of Canadian and multinational organizations and government bodies. From its platforms across the country, the group is well versed in a range of regulatory, transactional support and contentious matters, with strong experience before provincial and federal agencies.
